    White wine 12% vol. PGI Valle d'Itria.   VARIETIES OF GRAPES: Verdeca.    VINEYARDS LOCATION: Puglia - hills of Valle d'Itria, Martina Franca (TA).    ALTITUDE: 350 meter above sea level.     • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

      Straw-yellow colored wine with greenish reflections. Intense, delicate bouquet with hints of pleasant white flowers and elderberries. The classic taste of the vine with the green apple in prevalence, supported by a clean citric acid and a decisive mineral note, typical of the uncontaminated red earth where the vineyard is cultivated.
    • FARMER'S TIPS

      Excellent as an aperitif, along with delicate appetizers, fish and white meats. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Drink it with "frise" seasoned with tomato, oregano oil and salt!
