Clear wine, straw-yellow with golden reflections. Intense bouquet, very floral with strong hints of peach, pineapple and elder. Dry wine, in the mouth the floral notes are revived as on the nose, warm in alcohol, very fresh in acidity.
Very characteristic and appreciated wine. Excellent as an aperitif, to combine with fried food, aged cheeses, first and second courses of sea with tomato sauce. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Drink it with fried pumpkin flowers in batter!
