Ruby red wine with intense violet reflections. Intense bouquet, ripe fruit and aromatic herbs (prevalence of pomegranate and sage) accompanied by valuable tertiary notes. Tannic taste, fine and elegant.
It goes well with roasts, pasta with sauces, peasant soups and roasted white meat dishes. Drink it with a typical salami of Martina Franca!
